3.2 Adding people to BILL Spend & Expense
Wondering who to add? An easy rule of thumb to remember - add anyone who:
- Will need access to corporate funds
- Is eligible to submit expense reports
- Is responsible for distributing funds or determining budgets
- Needs visibility into transaction data
If your business uses HR software for employee management, you can connect it to your BILL Spend & Expense account and import people with ease.
Set up the integration and start adding people in minutes.
You can also add people one by one or import them all at once via CSV (importing via CSV works on the web app only at this time).
Once added, you’ll need to add a person to a Budget AND allocate funds to them from that Budget in order for them to be able to spend.
