Your card will decline even if you have added funds to your account if you don’t have a budget set up. Be sure to create a budget and assign funds to each member of the budget so they can spend without any hiccups.
After adding funds to your account, you’ll need to create your first budget in Divvy in order to spend your funds. If you try to use your physical or virtual Divvy card(s) without a budget, the card won’t work.
