Physical cards can take 10-14 business days to arrive. In the meantime, you can always create a virtual card or use Apple or Google Pay.
A physical card is automatically ordered for the initial admin. You can check the order and shipping status of your card in BILL Spend & Expense on a web browser.
When your card does arrive, you can activate your card using the BILL Spend & Expense mobile app.
