3.2 Adding people to BILL Spend & Expense

Wondering who to add? An easy rule of thumb to remember - add anyone who:

You can add people one by one or you can import them all at once via CSV (importing via CSV works on the web app only at this time.)

If your business uses HR software for employee management, you can connect it to your BILL Spend & Expense account and import people with ease. 

Set up the integration and start adding people in minutes.

You can also add people one by one or import them all at once via CSV (importing via CSV works on the web app only at this time).

Once added, you’ll need to add a person to a Budget AND allocate funds to them from that Budget in order for them to be able to spend.

Pro Tip

You can choose to have BILL Spend & Expense send an email invitation to each new user or wait to send invitations at a later time, such as when physical cards arrive in the mail.
